Baker is an HTML5 Ebook Framework to publish books on the iPad using open web standards.
I just decided to make a book.
The latest demo app for Sencha Touch is ShopStyle, based on the popular lifestyle native app for iPhone and iPad. Our web app showcases an “infinite carousel”, a new feature of our carousel component. The major feature of the infinite carousel is active DOM management that keeps the web app within the iPad’s memory limits.
Check out our mini-site dedicated to the ShopStyle app, and if you’re in a WebKit browser or reading on your iPad, take the app for a spin!

iOS icons made in pure CSS. Amazing work, and a treasure trove of creative techniques for CSS decoration.
Introducing Sencha Touch: HTML5 Framework for Mobile
/Today, we’re overwhelmingly, insanely, ridiculously excited to introduce Sencha Touch, the first HTML5 framework for mobile devices. We think it’s the first cross-platform framework that builds web apps that make sense for mobile devices. It comes with a comprehensive UI widget library, complete touch event management with CSS transitions and an extensive data package.

Every Time Zone: Never warp your brain with time zone math again.

The HTML5 spec is 900 pages and hard to read. HTML5 for Web Designers is 85 pages and fun to read. Easy choice. (via A Book Apart)
